This is the claim language for the Carrier failing to implement the 11-4 by the June 30, 2024 deadline. Every Engineer on the pools and extra boards needs to file once for each half under “XX Claim Not Found”.
“The filing of this claim is without prejudice to the Organization’s position that this constitutes a violation of the status quo and a major dispute under the RLA. Claiming a basic day each day of the pay period from 08/16/2024 to 08/31/2024 (16 basic days) account, the Carrier failing to implement the 11-4 Work Rest Agreement within the specified time limit. This claim is fully supported by the August 16, 2023, Implementation Agreement between the Carrier and the Organization Side Letter.”.
